Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all picks, tension tools, or accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Send the package back to our UK warehouse using a tracked shipping service, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
